ACCOMMODATION
We provide five types of accommodation to suit your requirements.
**NEW** Ensuited Cabins: from June 2010 there will be two new ensuited cabins available. Sleeps up to 4 people, 1 Double bed and 1 bunk (linen provided). Ceiling fan, heater, fridge, kettle and toaster provided. Minimum 2 night booking.
Self Contained Cottage: Sleeps up to 4 in an open plan layout. 1 Double bed and 1 double fold out sofa bed (linen provided). Fully self contained kitchen with gas stove including oven, microwave, saucepans, crockery and cutlery. Heater and fan. Personal ensuited bathroom. Minimum 2 night booking.
Safari Style Taka Tents: Permanent safari style tents, sleep up to five people. Light doona and pillows provided. Bring your own linen (or hire), cooking and eating utensils. Small fridge provided. There are no internal cooking facilities or ensuite.
Powered Sites: Include shady, sunny or drive through sites which are all close to amenities. Suits Campervans, motor homes, camper trailers, buses and tents. Please provide your vehicle size when booking.
Unpowered Sites: Our campsites are on flat ground in shade or in full sun.
FACILITIES
Adding a little extra comfort to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one, our park can offer you:
o A convenience store providing ice, milk, bread, basic food items, icecreams and other foods.
o Gas refills
o Our new, clean and stylish amenities cater for male, female and disabled with hot showers
o Modern kitchen and dining areas with 4 gas ranges, 2 gas BBQs, stainless steel sinks, tables, benches and readily available drinking water.
o Enjoy toasting marshmallows under the stars on the shared fires lit daily (seasonal) with supplied firewood
o Succulent Spit Roasts (seasonal) are provided by staff on a regular basis throughout the season.
Please note: There is no fuel available at Carnarvon Gorge – you will need to refill at either Injune or Rolleston.
